Our Story

Dana and Kat

Dana Manning has over 30 years experience working in education, 25 of those years were spent
in an art room teaching students from Elementary to High school the importance of creativity.
She then moved on to the administration side where she worked coordinating the arts programs
at an arts magnet school, then on to serving as a vice principal of a high school. She still loves working
with students to combine elements of all subjects to creative, hands on, arts activities.

Kat Manning has a degree in Photography and Illustration from the Hartford Art School. She then started her own business working with all artists to organize and manage their careers called CT Art Services. When she was confronted with the opportunity to manage an art gallery, she jumped on it, submerging herself in the contemporary art market. After all that, she realized where she really wanted to be was working with children, helping them to cultivate their creative side. Now, in addition to the gallery, Kat works as an educator at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield, CT.
